GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Park Timings 10.00 am to 06.00 pm.
- Rides will be closed for Lunch between 01.00 pm to 02.00 pm
- On Package booking, Breakfast will be served only between 10.00 Am to 11.00 Am
- Package rate will be applicable for minimum group of 50 people and above.
- Booking to be confirmed 3 days prior in writing along with 50% advance and balance to be paid at Park before entry on the day of picnic in cash only. No Cheque payment will be accepted on the day of the picnic.
- Costumes are compulsory for Body Slides. Sarees are not allowed in any of the rides.
- Full deposit will be forfeited if item is Lost, Not Returned / Damaged, available on hire against refundable deposit (Rent/Deposit)..
- Pets, Outside Eatables and Drinks are not allowed.
- Inflatable is compulsory in Lazy River, available on hire basis.
- Ladies can wear full Slacks / Cycling tights and T-shirt (Nylon / Lycra) or Salwar Kameez without Dupatta in the wave pool. Gents only Shorts (Nylon)
- DO NOT USE attractions with your Valuables, Keys, Mobiles, and Glasses.
- Management will not be responsible for any Accident / Mishap / Loss / Damage to the personal belongings.
- No knowledge of swimming is required to enjoy the water park (Rides).
- No refunds under any circumstances.
- Parking Charges are applicable.
- Driver/Cleaner @ Rs. 110/- for food only.

| TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS |
- One (01) teacher allowed free with every 25 students on School Students only.
- Extra teacher / Assistant / Escort / Peon will be charged at Rs. 250/- only.
- Rate is applicable only on weekdays from Monday to Friday and not applicable on weekends, government holidays, festivals and events.
- Official letter on the institutions letterhead is compulsory.
- Also see the above general terms and conditions as applicable.

Booking
Policy:
- 1.03 % Government Service Tax would be charged on total billing. (non refundable in any circumstances)
- Booking will be confirmed against 100% payment in Mumbai only before travel.
- Confirmation voucher will be issued against Cheque / funds transfer subject to realization only.
- For guest convience, we have ICICI - HDFC - AXIS & SBI Bank A/c for funds transfer.
- Bank A/c details like a/c name, a/c number, branch details would be provided upon request.
- We also accept payment through Credit Card or Debit Card by charging 3.5 % as service fee (non-refundable) via our online payment gateway.
- No Tentative Blockings shall be made.
- Kindly check the availability & rates with us before confirmation.
- Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
- No Refund, Cancellation or Postponement shall be accepted for whatsoever reasons given by the guest once confirmed & paid.
- Minimum 02 nights booking are accepted in Prime days & connecting weekends or weekdays.
- No Refund for early check-out unless hotel provides in written on confirmation voucher and ensure the intimation is sent to our Bombay Office during your stay.
- We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Hotel Reservations, including its rates & booking & cancellation policy and other terms without any notice.
- Its compulsory to show your Photo ID (original) at the time of Check-in, hence please carry the same along. (Drivers License, Passport, Credit Card with Photo etc.)
- Rights of admission reserved with hotel authorities in other words, hotel management reserves the right to refuse or grant admission.
- All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only and Laws of Republic of India will prevail.
- Office is open for all enquiries from Monday to Friday between 10 Am to 06 Pm.
