Tariffs  
 
  1. Rs 1500/- per Adult per day. Applicable taxes extra.
  2. Rate is for a minimum of 2 adults in a Villa, including meals for a 24 hour cycle. (Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast.).
  3. Check - In is 12.00 p.m.
  4. Check - Out is 11.00 a.m.
  5. Extra persons will be charged pro-rata.
  6. Children below 3 yrs shall not be charged.
  7. Children between 3-12 years are charged Rs 600 / Meal Cycle.
The Sharma Farms, Kolad, is located in the shadow of the imposing Sahyadri’s, in a valley, amidst the banks of the perennial river Kundalika and its tributaries. Spread over 360 acres in the middle of thick forest, the Resort comprises 8 Villas. Each Villa is a split-level construction a spacious 700 sq/ft.
The Resort also offers a Restaurant by the River Side with a seating capacity of 40 people which doubles up as an Conference Enclosure seating up to 28 people. We also conduct Outdoor Training Programs.
Booking Policy:
  1. 1.03 % Government Service Tax would be charged on total billing.
  2. Booking will be confirmed against 100% payment in Mumbai only before travel
  3. For guest convience, we have ICICI - HDFC & SBI Bank A/C for funds transfer.
  4. Bank A/c details like a/c name, a/c number would be provided upon request.
  5. We also accept payment through Credit card via our Online Payment Gateway.
  6. NO TENTATIVE BLOCKING WILL BE DONE without payments.
  7. Kindly check the availability & rates with Bombay Sales Office before confirmation.
  8. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  9. NO CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT will be accepted for whatsoever reasons given by Guest once confirmed and paid.
  10. No Refund for early check-out unless hotel provides written confirmation.
  11. Minimum 02 nights booking are accepted in Prime days & connecting weekends or weekdays.
  12. Rights of admission reserved with hotel authorities.
  13. Bombay office works Monday to Friday (10 am to 06 pm)
