Kashid Beach Villa Bunglow is a 5500 sq feet villa set on a 3 acre farm, it is on 3 levels and has five bedrooms with baths. On the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms with a view of the lawns and greenery. The first floor has two bedrooms across eachother and they share a large living room, dinning room, kitchen and two big airy sitouts. The 2nd floor has a single bedroom with three separate balconies with a spectacular view on all sides.

The farm grows alfhanso (appus) mangoes, available in late May. Coconuts available thru out the year. And other fruits. we also grow our own rice (kolam). We have our own small poultry that yields fresh eggs.

1. 3.09 % Govt Service Tax applicable on total booking amount.
2. 100 % advance payment required to confirm booking.
3. 3.5 % credit card charges will be applicable if payment made by our online credit card gateway.
4. For guest convience they can deposit or transfer funds in our ICICI / HDFC / SBI Bank account.
5. Payments via cheque can also be made and same can be sent to us via courier to our office address.
6. Confirmation vouchers are issued upon receipt for full payments only (subject to realisation of cheque).

1. Any booking cancelled 07 days before check-in date - 25% charged.
2. Any booking cancelled within 07 days of check-in date - 50% charged.
3. Any booking cancelled within 03 days of travel date - 100% charged.
4. No refund for any no-show and rooms for same would be free to sell.
5. No refund given due to short stay or early check-out or cancellations taken for any weekend, prime dates or long connecting weekends.(all cancellations are taken in written and refund are issued via cheque after deducting the govt service tax)
