Tariff (in INR) FIT / DFIT for Double Room on twin sharing basis per night

  1. Rates Include Room and Breakfast on Single / Double occupancy.
  2. TAXES EXTRA AS APPLICABLE.
  3. Rates for extra adult (12 years and above) in the same room shall be 40% of the above rates.
  4. * Compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement extra on X'Mas & New Year.
Rates Include :
  1. Welcome drink (non Alcoholic) on arrival.
  2. Accommodation in well appointed air-conditioned Executive room / Club Cottage.
  3. Complimentary use of in room tea / coffee maker with replenishment once a day. Additional requirement will be on chargeable basis.
  4. Daily buffet / TDH breakfast.
  5. Two children below 12 years can stay free in parents' room without extra bed. However, compulsory supplement @ Rs. 250/- per child (between 5-12 years) per night shall be payable extra.
  6. Complimentary use of swimming pool.
  7. All presently applicable hotel taxes. Should there be any further levy of Govt. / Statutory taxes, the same shall be charged extra.
Extra Supplement Rates :
  1. Extra bed only @ Rs. 500/- per night.
  2. Extra Supplement for buffet / TDH lunch @ Rs. 300/- per adult per meal & @ Rs. 150/- per child (5 to 12 Years) per meal.
  3. Extra Supplement for buffet / TDH dinner @ Rs. 400/- per adult per meal & @ Rs. 200/- per child (5 to 12 Years) per meal.
Compulsory supplement for Gala Dinner :
  1. X'Mas Gala Dinner (25th Dec. '07 Night) @ Rs. 2,500/- per adult.
  2. X'Mas Gala Dinner (25th Dec. '07 Night) @ Rs. 1,500/- per child (5-12 years).
  3. New Year Gala Dinner (31st Dec. '07 Night) @ Rs. 2,500/- per adult.
  4. New Year Gala Dinner (31st Dec. '07 Night) @ Rs. 1,500/- per child (5-12 years).
Please Note :
  1. Check in time 1 P.M. and check out time 12.00 noon.
  2. All the above extra supplement rates are inclusive of presently applicable hotel taxes. Should there be any further levy of Govt. / Statutory taxes, the same shall be charged extra.
  3. All statutory taxes / levies, if applicable on any service availed, shall be payable extra.
  4. The above rates supersede all our previous rates.

Extra bed for child will be charged extra @ Rs. 1,200/- for 3 Nights / 4 days.
The above rates are for 3Nts/ 4 Days & shall include the following.
  1. Return Airport/ Margao railway station transfers by Non a/c shared vehicle.
  2. Welcome drink (non-alcoholic) on arrival.
  3. Accommodation in well appointed air - conditioned “Executive Room” or “Club Cottage” as per the plan chosen.
  4. Meals as per plan chosen (TDH / BUFFET)
  5. Complimentary use of in-room tea / Coffee maker – Replenishment once a day. Additional requirement will be on chargeable basis.
  6. One half day sight seeing of Old Goa Church, Panjim city by Non a/c shared vehicle followed by 45 minutes boat cruise on river Mandovi. (Subject to weather conditions).
  7. Free use of swimming pool.
  8. All presently applicable taxes. Should there be any further levy of Govt. / statutory taxes / charges, the same shall be chargeable extra as and when applicable.
