1. All Meals (Veg & Non-Veg)
2. Starters, (virtually a mini meal), follows at around 8:00 pm with Chicken, Paneer, Mushroom, American Golden Corn and Kabuli Chana to nibble on while you have your drinks.
3. Usage of the swimming-pool (The water in the swimming pool is directly pumped in from the river. There is no filtration, chlorination or recycling of the water. The excess water is allowed to overflow from the pool, back to the river. It is a continuous flow of fresh river water)
4. Outdoor games like cricket, football, throw ball, badminton and basketball could be played in a 6000 sq.ft. Playground.
5. Indoor games like chess, carom, cards and darts are also available.
6. Fishing tools provided are simple; consisting of a rod and line, with dough as bait. Serious anglers are expected to bring their own fishing gear.
7. Paddle boating facility now available at an extra cost: Rs 50/- for ½ hour ride.

Booking Policy:

1. 1.03 % Government Service Tax would be charged on total billing. (non refundable in any circumstances)
2. Booking will be confirmed against 100% payment in Mumbai only before travel.
3. Confirmation voucher will be issued against Cheque / funds transfer subject to realization only.
4. For guest convience, we have ICICI - HDFC - AXIS & SBI Bank A/c for funds transfer.
5. Bank A/c details like a/c name, a/c number, branch details would be provided upon request.
6. We also accept payment through Credit Card or Debit Card by charging 3.5 % as service fee (non-refundable) via our online payment gateway.
7. No Tentative Blockings shall be made.
8. Kindly check the availability & rates with us before confirmation.
9. Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
10. No Refund, Cancellation or Postponement shall be accepted for whatsoever reasons given by the guest once confirmed & paid.
11. Minimum 02 nights booking are accepted in Prime days & connecting weekends or weekdays.
12. No Refund for early check-out unless hotel provides in written on confirmation voucher and ensure the intimation is sent to our Bombay Office during your stay.
13. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Hotel Reservations, including its rates & booking & cancellation policy and other terms without any notice.
14. Its compulsory to show your Photo ID (original) at the time of Check-in, hence please carry the same along. (Drivers License, Passport, Credit Card with Photo etc.)
15. Rights of admission reserved with hotel authorities in other words, hotel management reserves the right to refuse or grant admission.
16. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only and Laws of Republic of India will prevail.
