'Doctor's Farm' is about 15 acres in extent. It's land abuts the 'Kundalika river' for about 1/2 a Km.As this farm lies between the 'Bhira Dam' and the 'Kolad Dam', the river is very safe, and there are no swift currents, making it totally safe for fishing, boating, and swimming.

'Doctor's Farm ', as it is known by the locals, residing at Kolad, is situated on the Mumbai-Goa highway. It is about 110 Kms from 'Priyadarshini building' at Chembur or about 75Km from Panvel S.T. Stand. A map giving you its exact location is attached herewith. The approximate time taken to travel from Mumbai to Kolad by road is roughly 2 1/2 hours.

One can view the river for about 10 kms from Doctors Farm. On the opposite river bank is a range of hills giving the viewer the pleasure of viewing green hills as well as the meandering river.
